Shipping Information:
In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. For custom items, we will provide you with a shipping date at the time you place your order.
Payments:
To ensure the safety of your information, we have chosen PayPal as our only purchase method. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER. At checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal site where you will be given the option of making a one-time credit card purchase, setting up a PayPal account or using your existing PayPal account.
Refunds and Returns:
In stock Items: You may return in stock items within 7 days of receipt. Please request a return authorization via email BEFORE you return your item. Upon receipt of your return we will issue your refund less a $5.00 restocking fee and any shipping fees.
Custom Items: Upon acceptance of your custom order, we will require a non-refundable $10.00 deposit to be made via our custom order page. When your item is designed, we will send you a picture via email for your approval. Once we receive your approval and final payment, we will ship your order within 2 business days. There are no refunds for custom orders.
